This residence had a severely rotted 3 foot by 6 foot elevated landing.  On a extreme drop slope we placed numerous footings and established a concrete approach with landing which merges into the deck steps.  A 3 season room with gabled roof equates the same sq. footage as the exterior porch.  Reclaimed Fir bridge planks were used as support beams atop the 8x8 sway post construction.  Landscaping followed.
