This Glen Oaks residence had several wet rooms to be brought up to date.  It had been required that the entire surface area of original tiles be removed, cleaned then re-installed.  Care was given to save original hardware while modernizing the fixtures and porceline.  In the master bath we implemented the granite remnants from the lavatory counter to create bullnosed base runs, headers and a full rounded shower shelf.  We salvaged heirloom hand family painted tiles to utilize in a new kitchen backsplash with granite counters.  In addition we hard surfaced the entire rear entrance, pantry, mudroom.
