The Zenith1 net-zero project required that all materials in addition to methods be of a sustainable low VOC nature.  All adhesive/grouts, substrates, fasteners and power met this request.  3 large bathrooms with wallk-in showers, side vaulting , a laundry room, two mud rooms and a half bath needed to be completed from rough in to completion a tight timeframe of a several weeks.
