This house had upheaved pathways with an ant infested cedar deck.  We eliminated the narrow right angle format with a more flowing arrangement for ease of mobility with ADA alterations.  Reducing the tread rise from 8 to 7, converting the long sidewalk from a 20 degree slope to 5 degrees.  A pair of french drain basins extend 40 feet to the street eliminating a history of troublsesome ice dams.  The deck is AC2 with TWP 1500 stain.  A masonry block shed addition included a seedum green roof installation with water a catchment system for the garden.
