A Landmark estate in the north hills required updating.

We reclaimed the space from a small dilapidated bathroom next to the  assistants quarters increasing much needed elbow room. 

We diverted air ducting, reconfigured the entire plumbing mechanics & cut & moved a 20 feet 4” soil stack into sidestair cavity.  Beautiful tile, glass doors, linear drain and digital SteamSpa steamer were implemented. 

A large adjacent laundry-sundry room with quartz counters was also included in the conversion.
