This dated bath began with a suite of 1950‘s matching olive fixtures & tub that were salvaged for a different historical renovation.

The mission was to demo to studs and re-establish integrity to the walls and rotted substrate.   We lowered the profiles for access & entry to meet residential ADA requirements.  Custom built niches and a pocket door eliminated swing out obstructions & easy access.
