The stoop & steps had spider-web fracturing with large cracks reducing its integrity and safety with a rusted twist-spindal railing of 1 inch stock.  We pulled the rail, hammered any large cracks into full breaks at edges, reformed and shaped the steps.  We then resurfaced & textured with Ardex CD topcoat products.  We then fabricated a new steel railing and porch support with Chevron profile seated into a 4 inch depth for true stability.
