A crumbling cedar deck encircling an above ground pool needed to be completely restructured.  Due to the wet environment a combination of Ac2 treated structural lumber, TimberTech composite decking & Westbury aluminum railing were chosen.  We added a 16‘x12’ x10” thick concrete platform for hot-tub & pergola.  Finally we implemented an elevated bar/grill/fire feature set of islands.  Dekton procelein counters were selected for the extreme weather conditions.

Erosion control was needed around entire perimeter, drain tile & 3” rock screens on both sides were installed.
